Race Track Trauma Life Support
Welcome to Race Track Trauma Life Support

Race Track Trauma Life Support (RTTLS) is a concept to treat seriously injured patients during motor sport events.

Due to the numerous differences between motor vehicle accidents on public streets and accidents during motor sport events, the later covered by certain rules and regulations, this initiative was created to develop a structured treatment process for injured racers.

The concept of RTTLS is based on recommendations of FIA and current guidelines of several medical associations.

In order to propagate a structured approach for treatment of seriously injured racers during motor sport events, RTTLS-courses are offered regularly. These practical trainings on the RTTLS concept are supported and certified by German Motor Sports Association (DMSB).

Please find further information on the RTTLS concept and the RTTLS-courses on this homepage.
